THE HOUSE

Trullo a ll’éra is set in a quiet rural region, surrounded by two hectares of gently rolling countryside which feature olive groves, fruit and nut trees.

The house has the charm of a traditional trullo structure, with the conveniences of a modern home. With a total of four conical roofs, the historical part of the house retains its original architectonic structure with dry-stone walls built directly onto a limestone bedrock and pierced with small doors and windows.

There are three bedrooms at Trullo a ll’éra, two double rooms with en-suite bathroom and a twin room. The large sitting room offers a cozy environment perfect for a relaxing reading, to watch a movie or simply enjoy time with family and friends. There is also a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room which opens on a gorgeous pergola. With a seating and dining area overlooking the garden and surrounding countryside, the pergola is the perfect place to relax, sit and read, or enjoy a meal. The pergola also gives access to the large paved patio area which brings to the BBQ area, the sun lounging areas and swimming pool which offers a stunning unbroken view on the countryside.
