The house

Set in the apulian countryside and surrounded by olive groves, fruit and nut trees, Trullo Zurlo is a place where you can relax and enjoy the slowlife.

The house, meticulously and attractively renovated, has the charm of a traditional trullo structure, with the conveniences of a modern home.

There are two double bedrooms at Trullo Zurlo and one bathroom. The sitting room, featuring a TV and a sofa bed, can be used as a third bedroom. There is also a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room with lounge area and fireplace. The kitchen gives direct access to the large paved patio area and to the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and wood oven.

A separate building features a second bathroom and an outdoor shower. Besides relaxing and sun lounging areas, outside there is also a dining area which offers an unbroken view on the olive grove. The roof top offers a scenic view on the surrounded countryside.

Trullo Zurlo is only a short drive (8 minutes) away from Ostuni, the white city, and conveniently located to easily reach Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Martina Franca and the Adriatic coast.

Brindisi airport is 40 minute drive away from Trullo Zurlo.

Reservation and info

Trullo Zurlo can comfortably host 4 people. Two extra people can be hosted on the sofa bed located in the sitting area at the additional cost of 15 € per person per night.

We generally require a minimum stay of 5 nights, but we may be able to be flexible especially outside the high season.

Reservations can be done directly with us and are effective upon receipt of 50% deposit of the total nightly rate. We require to pay the remaining 50% plus the security deposit and the cleaning fee, no later than 30 days before arrival. Payment can be done by bank transfer.

Cleaning

In addition to the rental price, housekeeping is charged at € 70 per stay.

For stays longer than a week, additional weekly mini-cleanings, that include linen and towel change, can be provided at € 50 per cleaning.

Security deposit

In addition to the rental cost, a security deposit of € 300 (refundable after your holiday) is required to cover any major damage costs.

Cancellation

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 100% of the booking deposit refunded.

Cancellation within 30 days to arrival: 50% of the total nightly rate plus security deposit and cleaning fee refunded.
